Why does ENL & EnBrace HR/MF contain only 7mg of L-Methylfolate compared to the normal 15mg?
Both ENL and EnBrace HR/MF contain L-Methylfolate Magnesium. L-Methylfolate Magnesium is twice as soluble as the calcium form used in normal L-Methylfolate products. Additionally, ENL and EnBrace HR/MF contain folinic acid and dihydrofolate which brings the DEF (dietary equivalence of folate) to 15mg.
